Irish Vote Scandal Revealed - a video taken outside Count Centre at Cork City Hall at 10.33 pm on October 2nd 2009, shows that everyone could have manipulated with the votes. No security personel was seen and everyone could walk in and out the Cork City Hall. Actually, a man is seen hurry out of the building with a ballotbox from where the various vote centres were arriving to the central count depot.

There is a high chance that if we get enough signatures that agree that the Irish Government ran a fraudulent and illegal campaign for the Lisbon treaty and submit it by 9th October, then they won't be able to continue with ratification.
