Check your charger for liquid damage, damage to pins in the port. Also, check your power outlet.

Cause 3: Firmware Crash

In case you see Error 14,
• Try different equipment.

• Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer.

In Case You See Error 9
• Install the latest version of iTunes.
• Force your device to restart.
• Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.
• When iTunes asks you to update or restore, click Update.

Cause 4: Charging Cable Not Functioning Properly

Check for breaks in the cable from one end to another. In case no breaks are found, connect it to laptop to check whether it is functioning properly.

Check the utility port for foreign materials that may hinder proper contact between connectors of the phone and the cable.
