Introduction to Humanitarian Accountability

Accountability to affected populations is easy to preach, but more difficult to practice. In this video, the Humanitarian Accountability Partnership introduces the 2010 HAP Standard in Accountability and Quality Management, and the six benchmarks that, if implemented, help to place accountability to affected populations at the heart of humanitarian action.
