Introducing Nicholas Gerace

Nicholas Gerace is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, US Army Veteran, and loving father.

For Nicholas, Jiu-Jitsu is more a way of life than anything, and he’s living proof of the powerful transformation principles it has to offer. Nicholas is passionate about mastering the fundamentals in life, and he’s keenly aware of the benefits that come when you take the time to develop a systematic approach to conquer your goals. Nicholas Gerace served in the United States Army for 10 years, working his way up in the ranks from a Military Policeman to an Operations Officer at Hunter Army Airfield. During his time serving his country, Nicholas earned recognition as an Air Mission Commander (AMC) in Afghanistan, leading the kick-off for the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) portion that subsequently became the cornerstone for Operation Moshtarak, allowing NATO Special Forces to seize and secure dozens of helicopter landing sites.

For his service and bravery, Nicholas the Elite US Army’s Air Medal by the Commanding General for displaying exemplary performance during flight in actual combat in direct support of military operations, and two high level awards from Army Generals for motivated meritorious service, sound morals and judgment, and team building expertise.

One of the most important things to Nicholas is his family, and he’s a loving and dedicated father. “Spending time with my kids is everything, and absolutely nothing is more fulfilling than being a father. If you want to be a man, then focus on your family first and let the rest fall into place.”

Nicholas Gerace is a graduate of the State University of New York University with a degree in Sociology and an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. He has also coached people in bodybuilding, served as a Program Director at Renzo Gracie Academy where he coached kids in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and is passionate about business, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
