In 1993, Dominick began on the path of brokerage management, something that continued to fuel his love of finance.

Throughout his career, Dominick Prevete has grown a number of successful sales offices with a management style rooted in a person-first approach that fosters a genuine drive for excellence.

From 2001- 2015, he led a top performing region of 23 Realty Sales Offices with over 1,400 salespeople throughout Northern New Jersey.

At the heart of it, Dominick Prevete is an entrepreneur, seeking to take big ideas and call forth order from the abstract.

He cuts though the "Red Tape" of bureaucracy and the "Process" mentality which gets in the way of individual and team performance and results.
