Be ready to answer common interview questions with a story about your self. To organize, write-down and memorize three achievement stories. Tell about times you've really felt happy with a success at the office or school. These experiences demonstrate dozens of hard-to-measure features like view, project, group or leadership. Wherever possible, quantify what you have done, e.g., 'increased income by 20 percent, cut customer call waiting time in half, efficient delivery so that most customers had their job done in two days.
In addition, non-work success experiences are good too; if you volunteer for the local food pantry, jot down a period you overcame a big concern or even a crisis there.
Success experiences make you memorable, which is what you want.
