Internet love scam busted
Description
Four African scam syndicates believed to have planted roots in Malaysia have been crippled following a joint operations by Federal and Singapore police.Operatives from the Singapore Commercial Affairs Department of the CAD and Federal Commercial Crime Investigation Department revealed in their joint investigation that 13 cases of the 43 reported in Singapore had striking similarities with 65 cases reported in Malaysia involving losses of RM1.6mil.
