Description
Ingredients to make aam ka achar/pickle / Kairi pickle / Kairi ka instant achar :
1. Two small Kairi, chopped into pieces
2. Dry Red chili
3. Turmeric powder
4. Salt
5. Sugar
6. Mustard Oil
7. Mustard seeds
8. Hing
9. Jaggery Powder
10.Curry Leaves
Method:
1. Chop Mangoes into small pieces
2. Heat oil in a small kadhai.
3. Add red chili powder, turmeric, salt & sugar in Oil.
4. Add Hing
5. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle
6. Pour the Mango pieces.
7. Mix well.
8. Add curry leaves.
9. Add 1 tbsp Jaggery Powder.
8. This is instant Mango achar and will not last long, consume it the same day or keep it in refrigerator
