Install Or Reinstall Ubuntu MATE Using balenaEtcher

You can follow steps here to install Ubuntu MATE.

1. Go to the Etcher's official website or https://etcher.download/ and download the setup file.
2. Follow the setup instructions properly and install it on your computer.
3. After installation finishes, you can launch the Etcher software.
4. Download the Ubuntu MATE ISO image from https://ubuntu-mate.org/.
5. Load the ISO image file that you want burned.
6. Plug and select your target USB drive as the installation location.
7. Click on the "Flash" button to start the process.
