Employees who are unaware of what might go wrong if business information is not handled carefully can be categorized as ignorant employees. Agitated employees are those who are aware of the consequences but are not happy with the jobs for some reason may purposefully leak information just to satisfy their malignity. Both the kinds are harmful for any businesses and must be either behaviorally handled or watched upon as technology cannot stop an employee from mishandling information.
