This was a 5400 sq. ft. warehouse that needed some crack repair and an epoxy floor coating. Our client was looking to reduce dust, speed up maintenance and improve the overall aesthetics of the warehouse to impress any potential clients or visitors to their facility. We prepped the floor with diamond grinders to remove contamination and create a nice mechanical profile so that our epoxy coating would have a strong bond. We pre-patched the cracks in the warehouse floor using an epoxy gel paste. After the prep and patching were done we applied an epoxy coating as the main wear layer.
