Immigrant Man ELyes
Description
Elyes Landoulsi is a Montreal based Tunisian singer songwriter. Born in Tunis, the 12th of July 1981, he immigrated to Canada when he was 19 years old to start university studies at the Management faculty of HEC in Montreal. Although music has always been a part of his life, he only dove fully into it when he started practicing guitar. Although he was self-taught, his dedication allowed him to fulfill one of his secret dreams : composing and playing his own songs. Of a curious nature, Elyes has been interested in various musical styles namely blues, jazz, hip hop, rock rap, reggae, arabic and oriental. In 2007, Elyes found inspiration in these different styles in order to complete « My Perception », his first album as an independent artist.
