Olivier Humbrecht et le Domaine Zind-Humbrecht font partie du Projet Noé pour le classement de certaines régions viticoles européennes au patrimoine culturel immatériel de l'humanité (Unesco).
Olivier Humbrecht nous propose ici une piste pour comprendre l'augmentation des problèmes d'esca en Alsace.
