In the 3rd part of this series we look at the commodity channel index. It is an index based on 0, swinging between a value of 0 or 100. This oscillator will suggest when the trade is turning, where a breakout may occur, if divergence exists as well as buy or sell signals. Traders can look within the bands for trade signals or outside the bands to establish trends.
