Volume & Open Interest

In this week's series we've been looking at the basic building blocks of creating charts to trade with. We've looked at different chart types, such as line, bar and candlestick charts, and in yesterday's video we looked at the construction of the Ichimoku Cloud indicator.

Now, in today's video we're looking at both Volume and Open Interest. With a number of markets these tools do not have a lot of data to work with, but with Futures these can be quite useful.
