How To Make Mutton Soup
Description
This is my own one pot recipe simple yet tasty. please give a try and let me know in the comment section below.
Ingredients as follows:
Mutton 1 kg
oil 3 tbsp
Onions large 4 nos
Tomatoes large 2 nos for cooking and 1 more after cooking.
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 4 cloves
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cloves 4 nos.
Cinnamon 2 inch
Bay leaves 2 nos.
Salt to taste
cracked pepper
Cauliflower gms
Broccoli 50 gms
Mixed beans 100 gms
French beans 50 gms
Green chillies 4 nos.
cooked Fusilli or pasta of your choice
In a pot heat about 4 tbsp of oil add in the mutton and seal it.then add some salt. now, add onion , ginger ,garlic , green chillies, turmeric powder, cinnamon, bay leaves and cloves mix it all together add in the coriander stem and save the leaves for later.cover it until the mixture releases moisture about 15 minutes.add in the chopped tomatoes and cover the lid . cook for few more minutes.now add enough water and let the mutton cook for about 30 - 35 minutes.
Blanch broccoli, cauliflower, green beans do not discard the leftover water reserve it.
After 30 -35 minutes add in the left over water and some cracked pepper, cover and cook for 20 -25 minutes more.
If required add in more hot water bring it to boil. Now add tomato,mixed beans, green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, pasta bring it to boil .Add in the blanched veg ( broccoli, cauliflower green beans)
