crab curry konkan style
Ingredients:
4 Blue crabs
3 tbsps of oil
1 medium size onion chopped
1 large tomato chopped
2 green chillies slit (adjust according to your spice level)
some chopped coriander leaves
100 gms freshly grated coconut
2 tbsps of garam masala

Method:
clean the crab and set it aside
In a pot heat oil, when the oil is hot add chopped onion followed by chopped tomatoes, green chillies and fresh coriander leaves
when the mixture is mushy add in the crabs.
cover and cook the crabs until they are done approx 8-10 minutes.
simultaneously dry roast fresh coconut with garam masala, when it cools down grind into fine paste.
Now add in the masala paste to the cooked crabs add salt to taste.
cover and cook further for approx 8-10 minutes.
Quite easy yet tasty crab curry is ready within 30 minutes.
