EDIT: In the video, the icon theme said apt-add-repository, when it should have been add-apt-repository
Here are the install commands for the themes
Desktop Theme:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/themes
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install win-xp-theme
Icons:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/icons
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install win-icons
