How To Make KFC Fried Chicken

Try my fried chicken Recipe from scratch and impress your loved ones.
Step 1: I have taken 1 litre of buttermilk added in 10 gms crushed ginger, 25 gms crushed garlic,some crushed pepper and salt. stir it well and now add chicken drumsticks. let it marinate at least 12 hours.
Step 2: Dry mix 1/4 cup corn flour, 1 cup all purpose flour (maida),1 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp chilli powder,1/4 tsp mixed herbs,some crushed pepper and salt to taste. divide the dry mix in 2 or 3 separate bowls.
when the oil is hot enough start the process.
How to Make K F C Style Chicken
Take out the chicken pieces from the buttermilk and roll it in the dry mix at least 3 times then gently drop the chicken pieces in hot oil. Fry until golden. serve hot with your choice of dip.
