How To Make Crispy Fried chicken
In a litre of buttermilk marinate chicken wings for overnight in refrigerator with the ingredients as follows 10 gm ginger ,15 gm garlic paste, 1 tsp salt and some crushed pepper .
Dry mix
1 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup corn flour
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Mixed herbs
1 tbsp crushed pepper
1 tsp salt
Dry mix all the ingredients very well and divide them in three separate bowls. Now get the chicken wings from the buttermilk and roll them in the dry mix as shown and deep fry them until golden .
