This very short video shows you what the PDIMI internet marketing training school has to give away to some of our members to help get some internet sales leads.
It is on one of the squeeze page examples that I am making for PDIMI members. Learning how to create a capture page is an important step in learning how to build a contact list.

Make a capture page and start building a contact list.

Step 1 to building a contact list would be to find something that you can give to other people. Step 2 would be to learn how to create a capture page, and step 3 would be to get traffic to it.

I use search engine optimization for free traffic. Safelists once a week work well too.
