Here we are making 100% hard wood pellets. No binder. No soft wood or any other material what so ever. This is all hardwood sawdust. We just add very little water. The saw dust is pressed through the die by the rollers. The die becomes very hot which melts the lignin in the sawdust. This gives the shiny coating on the outside.
