Note that, on the keyboard, pressing Ctrl + J will enter a line break character.
Here are the steps.
1) Select all rows.
2) Ctrl + H
3) "Find what" set to comma (,)
4) "Replace with" press Ctrl + J
5) Replace All
6) OK
7) Close
8) Home -- Alignment -- Wrap Text (toggle it twice)
