How to fix Error Code #30005 (1072) | Fortnite EasyAntiCheat Fix

A short Fortnite tutorial on how to fix error code 30005 which is caused by the EasyAntiCheat in Fortnite.

The error message you get is:
"Error Code: 30005 (CreateService failed (1072))"

The error can easily be resolved by going to your Fortnite install directory and finding EasyAntiCheat.exe and selecting Fortnite from the gamelist. After you press 'Repair service' you should be able to launch the game.

Default path to EasyAntiCheat: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64\EasyAntiCheat
