How to emulate Shenmue on Mac

Tutorial to make Shenmue run on Mac. Of course, you need to own the game to do this...

It doesn't work too smoothly on my Mac, but, thanks to Andrew Yi, I know that it works pretty smoothly on a mid 2011 iMac, 2,5GHz intel Core i5, 16GB DDR3, Radeon 512MB.
