Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Create a Table and Name It
- Creating a table from your data
- Naming the table (in this case, "Data")
- Using cell B1 to input the seller's name and coloring it yellow
Step 2: Exact Match Search
- Using the FILTER function to get exact search results by seller's name
- Purpose of the FILTER command
- Displaying "no match found" if no results
- Checking the result by entering "John" in cell B1
- Displaying the sales results for "John"
Step 3: Approximate Match Search
- Finding results with approximate names
- Using ISNUMBER and SEARCH functions for approximate results
