How the cool cosplay mask was made

This MV just show the processes after the handmade Mold made.

Gelcoat: Coat the inside with a thin pure polyester resin. No Fiberglass cloth is used at this moment. It will be like the outer skin of resin.

Layup: When the outer polyester resin become hard, lay the high quality fiberglass cloth in the mold.It will make the structural stength enough.And then work the wet resin outward to fully saturate the fiberglass cloth and let it dry.

Trimming: Pull the mask from the mold, as the resin has wrapped around the mold edges and dried, need to trim it.And now,get the original masks.

Painting: For the mask,inner paint is in black painting. And then need the handmade craft paint for the patterns.
