How secure are Electronic Voting Machines in India?

Days after Bahujan Samajwadi Party chief Mayawati, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has raised doubts over the safety of electronic voting machines (EVMs). However, the Election Commission refuted the alleged accusation in a letter dated 11th March 2017 citing security measures used by them.
