Bombay HC raises concerns over e-voting provisions
Description
The Bombay high court has raised concern over e-voting provisions of the new Companies Act 2013. The court says that some companies are interpreting the provision for e-voting as a way to do away with shareholder meetings. Mint's Ashish Rukhaiyar reports
