This is how I quit smoking. I've been smoking for over 11 years a pack a day. I'm happy to be free from this nasty habit. 7 months no cigarettes. I used electronic cigarettes to quit. It was much easier than I thought. After trying several brands I decided Green Smoke was the best. If you want to make a change in your life then go for it. What do you have to lose?
