The ingredients to JELLO SHOTS are as follows: 1 package of watermelon Jello; 8 oz of Malibu Rum; 1 Cup of hot water; 2 oz plastic cups. Basically you're making Jello, but substituting the cold water for booze. Chill and serve. Simple as that.
