How 3D Printing is affecting manufacturing industry

Despite great potential of 3D printing to transform designs into real life, the total percentage of manufacturing outputs is staggering low at 0.01%. To our amazement, it is just used for prototyping or changing design and functionality of models at the pre-production stage.
