Housecat & Monarch

I permit milkweed to grow around the yard to attract Monarch butterflies. Once the larva hatch and can be seen, I bring then in and feed them until they reach the next stage of their development. Once the butterfly is fully formed, and the weather is decent, it is released into the outdoors.
In this instance, my cat wants to be involved.
