Volumetric Based Filling

Shutoff Nozzle provided to avoid dripping in the pneumatic model.
Position Indicators for Volume Adjustment position indication in pneumatic model.
FRL provided with the machine in the pneumatic model.
40-liter capacity SS316 Hopper provided for material storage.
Machine Body will be in SS304 constructed.
All contact parts will be in SS316.
Easy change over parts.
Foot Switch based operation where filling starts on pressing foot switch and second stroke will be taken when again the foot switch is pressed.
TC connections are provided for ease of assembling and dissembling parts
Teflon seal provided in a syringe to avoid leakage.
ON/OFF switch to start and stop the machine.
All Contact parts can be dissembled for cleaning purpose.
All pneumatic parts if applicable will be Italian Make Pneumax/Festo only.
SS castor wheels (Super Quality) at the bottom.
4 nos adjustable bolts provided.
Filling range from 2 ml up to 1000 ml with change part.
Compressor required at client's scope.
Input Voltage will be 220 V, single phase.
