Homeless Helpless

I came so close to being homeless. I was lucky enough to not hit the streets, but to end up in a shelter. I always wanted to do something about the perception of homelessness though, as I have known a lot of homeless people and I think the common image just does not fit. This is my first attempt at a documentary of sorts, so I know its basic, but think the message is so true...... I also think it is not as much of a train wreck as it deserves to be..... I hope the message means something though.
