Recipe:
• Steep 1 tsp of dried rose buds in 100 ml of 95°C (205°F) filtered water for 5 min.
• Whisk 1 tsp of Hojicha Powder and 50 ml rose tea.
• Add 1 tsp of maple syrup & 50 ml rose tea.
• Pour 140 ml of frothed milk (we used soy milk).
• Garnish with rose buds &/or petals before serving.
