What about self-driving cars.... considering that CES is the place for automakers to show off their fancy concept cars.

Yeah, so driverless cars are going to be the next big thing in the global auto industry.
This year, auto giants like Audi, Nissan, Hyundai Motor showed more of what people can do Inside driverless cars.
So it was about car content, info-tainment...you can basically shop online, watch movies, play games or even exercise while in a driverless car, making your transportation time a lot more fun.
Audi is working with Disney, Intel with Warner Brothers for content.
Also, Hyundai's walking car, named 'Elevate' generated excitement at the show. It can move along extreme terrain and get people to places where a normal car cannot.
Here's what the chief engineer said.

"Using robotic actuators and robotic electric wheels to provide a car with extreme mobility capability. So what can it do is really extreme mobility cases, do search and rescue, humanitarian aid in disaster situations."
