Herbert Nehrlich - More Friday Limericks

There was a good looker named Mary
who was followed by Tom Dick and Harry.
But she knew who they are
so she went to the bar
where she ordered her first Bloody Mary.

And the door opened, in came son Chase
and he took the stool next to her place
then he ordered a coke
and he soon told a joke
and the Barman thought he was an ace.

But the place was not really her style
she was out of her depth by a mile.
thus she left in a huff
and took Chase by the cuff
then they talked about life for awhile.

In the end common sense did prevail
and the two of them set their own sail
to go home where there was
real life without pause
on their way in they did check the mail.
