That bloody dog!
He barks and howls
on Saturdays,
when I need sleep.
The night was short
and fumes rose
from the crumpled bed,
then fell back down
onto the sheets
as morning dew.
Or was that you?
Wild Turkeys flew
through crazy dreams
their feathers scratched
talons draw blood,
around and around they go
and off each tree
falls gold and silver now,
kind angels make all dew
while I make love to you.
