Ode to a pen
That never dies
One that dances as it moves
And never lies

The black, red
Or even blue
Thanks to you
I can always do

I can do the homework
Whether early or late
Without you pen
What would be my fate?

Your always there
When my pencil breaks
You're oh so real
And never fake!

I can write my poems
With you by my side
On the paper
So smoothly you glide

With you
My special pen
We can do many things
Unlike these lazy men!

With my pen
My writing is better
mabye one day I can
Write in a newsletter

I know now
With pen and paper in hand
I'll travel forever
to reach far and distant lands.
