HEALTHY SANDWICH
Description
HOW TO MAKE KOREAN SANDWICH
Ingredients
2 pieces of white bread
3 pieces of burger meat
3 lettuce leaves
1 egg
1 carrot
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 scallion
1/2 onion
salt, pepper, mayonnaise, tomato sauce to taste
how to make
- wash all the vegetables that will be used
- Thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumbers that have been peeled
- cut carrots into matchsticks
- chopped onions
- thinly sliced scallions
- saute carrots and onions with a pinch of salt until wilted
make omelette
- mix the eggs and spring onions with a pinch of salt and pepper
- beat with a fork until well blended
- make an omelet with a little butter
