سن اسٹروک (Sunstroke) یا ہیٹ اسٹروک (Heatstroke) ایک شدید طبی حالت ہے جو جسم کے زیادہ درجہ حرارت (عمومًا 40 ڈگری سیلسیس یا اس سے زیادہ) کی وجہ سے ہوتی ہے۔ یہ حالت تب پیدا ہوتی ہے جب جسم کی درجہ حرارت کنٹرول کرنے والی صلاحیت ناکام ہوجاتی ہے اور جسم ضرورت کے مطابق ٹھنڈا نہیں ہو پاتا۔
