Having fun with 3-D pumpkin carving is a video that just basically shows the process of how to carve a 3-D pumpkin in fast forward motion while listening to some nice tunes! This Halloween, if you are a bit inclined to be artistic with your pumpkins and would like to know how to carve a 3-D pumpkin, then give this technique a try... Halloween will forever be etched in your mind as something cool that you did with the plain old Halloween pumpkin. How to carve 3-D pumpkins is really a lot of fun and I recommend anyone who is interested in carving 3-D pumpkins, to just start. Go out a buy yourself some clay carving tools and a pumpkin and start carving pumpkins. Take your time and be patient,because to learn how to carve 3-D pumpkins takes time but I assure you that you will enjoy carving pumpkins immensely even if your pumpkin does not look anything like what you thought it would look like when you started out. After that, just continue to carve at it and get better and better as you keep carving pumpkins. For reference, watch YouTube videos. For me, watching Ray Villafane was my biggest inspiration. I watched on YouTube everything he has done, and he never fails to amaze me. He is an awesome artist and, even though I know I'll never be like him in his talent, I aspire to get better and better every time I carve a pumpkin because I know there is always room for improvement, knowing what can be accomplished watching what Ray can do.
I went out and bought the tools Ray Villafane sells on Amazon which includes his hand tools and his tutorial videos. I highly recommend these pumpkin carving tools, specially if you are just starting out. They are a great way to get you pointed in the right direction. After that, your imagination is the limit.
