Harris Promenade Cordoned Off

Harris Promenade, San Fernando was barricaded from members of the public on Wednesday.

The decision was taken by the city corporation as a measure to curb congregating at the location.

A similar move was undertaken in the capital city just last week, but in the second city, it's more the homeless than the general public , who the City corporation is trying to manage.

Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was on location Wednesday morning and spoke with the mayor.
