Chong Hwa Independent High School had always been a mainstay in the merit category of the annual Star-NiE contest. But once they got their foot in the door as one of the finalists, there was no stopping them from clinching the coveted grand prize. This year, it was a six-day, four-night all-expenses-paid trip to South Korea, sponsored by Star Media Group.
