IT'S LIKE:
we are frozen by time
separated by ages
and held back by ego's
NOW, this does not cause anymore pain
perhaps my soul is already slain

BUT, why is this not true?
To my suffering, i would not give any clue?
its not that only my soul is slain
but it's my slain soul that u claim!
then reviving it with ur love's flame! !

BUT, if this is the matter
then y would u leave me to scatter?
Reducing it to ashes what you resurrected? ?
Cursing me again after redemption?
Paying the debt of separation after redeeming?

IT'S NOT LIKE:
I HAVE NOT TRIED TO FIND REASONS
THAT HAVE KEPT US APART FOR SEASONS
SEASONS OF SPRING AND SORROW
WHICH MADE US BOTH HOLLOW

PLEASE TELL ME THAT:
RATHER LIVING IN EACH OTHER'S EMBRACE
WHY DO WE LIVE IN TRACES? ? ?
