A word is burning
In my chest
I know not what it is

It causes me
Such great unrest
What singes me like this?

A pain so deep
It chars my soul
I know not what to do

A hurt
That cannot be described
It must then burn for you

It lingers back
And lays in wait
No extinguish known to me

I suffer on
No end in sight
No word to set it free.
