ظالم حکمران کو روکنے والا... شہید!
نبی پاک ﷺ نے فرمایا: "شہیدوں کے سردار حمزہ ہیں، اور وہ شخص بھی (جو) کسی ظالم حکمران کو روکتے ہوئے شہید کر دیا جائے۔"
یہ حدیث ظالم حکمران کے سامنے کلمۂ حق کہنے والے کو اعلیٰ ترین درجہ عطا کرتی ہے۔ اس میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ حق بات کرنے کی پاداش میں اگر قتل بھی ہو جائے تو یہ موت جہاد فی سبیل اللہ اور شہادت کا درجہ رکھتی ہے۔
The One Who Confronts a Tyrant... is a Martyr!
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "The chief of martyrs is Hamzah, and a man who stood before a tyrannical ruler, commanded him to do good and forbade him from evil, and was killed for it."
This hadith grants the highest status of martyrdom to the one who is killed for speaking the truth to a tyrant ruler. It shows that standing up against oppression, even at the cost of one's life, is a supreme form of Jihad in the way of Allah.
