Search warrants executed on Dominic Hadeed and his wife alleged conspiracy to commit murder
That led to the detention of the couple.
This was revealed today when Senior Counsel Faris Al Rawi submitted an affidavit to the High Court seeking a writ of Habeas Corpus for the release of the Hadeeds .
The judge refused to approve the writ but directed service on the Commissioner of Police for a hearing on Monday morning.
