Camzin Ashcroft from Houston, Texas, was filming her daily exercise routine.
Midway through muscle ups, one of the rings suddenly shattered in her hands!
She somehow held on to another, and saved herself from a grave fall!
Camzin said: “My ring shatters in the middle of a set of muscle ups. I manage to hold on and land safely.”
